Abstract

Ushbu maqolada pedagogik ta'limotlar tarixida rahbar shaxsining stressga bardoshliligi g'oyasi Sharq va G'arb an'analarini qiyosiy tahlil qilish orqali o'rganiladi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shundan iboratki, 2019-yilda Jahon Sog'liqni Saqlash Tashkiloti kasbiy burnoutni xalqaro kasalliklar klassifikatoriga (ICD-11, QD85) kiritishi bilan rahbar psixologik barqarorligi masalasi yanada muhim ahamiyat kasb etdi.

Maqolada tarixiy-genetik tahlil, birlamchi manba tahlili va hermenevtika, tarixiy-qiyosiy tahlil hamda adabiyotlar sintezi metodlaridan foydalanildi. Jami 22 ta birlamchi va ikkilamchi manba o'rganildi.

Sharq falsafiy-pedagogik merosida Farobiy (X asr) va Ibn Sinoning (XI asr) rahbar shaxsiga oid qarashlari — xususan, aql nazorati, ruhiy muvozanat va hissiyot boshqaruvi g'oyalari — G'arb psixologik-pedagogik nazariyalari bilan qiyoslanadi. Tahlil shuni ko'rsatdiki, Kobasa (1979) ning «hardiness» modeli uchta komponenti — majburiyat, nazorat va qiyinchilikni imkoniyat sifatida qabul qilish — Farobiy ta'limotidagi mos g'oyalar bilan kuchli kontseptual mushtaraklikka ega. Xuddi shunday, Ibn Sinoning ruh-tana birligi konsepsiyasi Selye biologik stress modeli bilan, Aristotelning «phronesis» tushunchasi esa Lazarus va Folkman kognitiv baholash nazariyasi bilan parallel tarzda rivojlangan.

Maqolaning asosiy ilmiy yangiligi shundan iboratki, Sharq va G'arb pedagogik an'analarida rahbar bardoshliligi g'oyasining kontseptual yaqinligi va farqlari birinchi marta tizimli qiyosiy tahlil asosida ko'rsatiladi. Empirik tadqiqotlar stressga barqarorlikning maqsadli pedagogik ta'sir orqali rivojlantirilishi mumkinligini tasdiqlaydi. Yakunida O'zbekiston ta'lim tizimi rahbarlari uchun milliy kontekstga moslashtirilgan diagnostika va tarbiyaviy dasturlarni ishlab chiqish zaruriyati asoslanadi.
