Abstract

Ushbu maqola dorivor va xo‘jalik ahamiyatiga ega bo‘lgan qalampir (Capsicum annuum), aloe (Aloe vera) va geran (Pelargonium spp.) o‘simliklarining turli organlarida (ildiz, poya va barg) uchraydigan endofit zamburug‘larni ajratib olish, ularning ikkalamchi metabolitlarini ekstraksiya qilish hamda turli gram-musbat va gram-manfiy bakteriyalarga nisbatan antibakterial faolligini baholashga bag‘ishlangan.

Tadqiqotda endofit zamburug‘lar klassik mikrobiologik usullar yordamida izolyatsiya qilindi, Chapek-Dox muhitida yetishtirilib, etil asetat orqali ikkalamchi metabolitlari ajratib olindi. Olingan ekstraktlarning antibakterial ta’siri Kirby–Bauer disk-diffuziya usuli yordamida Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis va Pseudomonas aeruginosa shtammlariga nisbatan baholandi. Natijalar barg va poya to‘qimalaridan ajratilgan endofitlar ildiz izolyatlariga nisbatan yuqori metabolit hosildorligiga ega ekanini ko‘rsatdi. Ayniqsa, qalampir, aloe va geran barglaridan olingan ayrim izolyatlarda yuqori darajada bioaktiv ikkalamchi metabolitlar to‘planishi qayd etildi.

Olingan natijalar endofit zamburug‘larning yangi tabiiy antibakterial birikmalar manbai sifatida katta ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekanini tasdiqlaydi.
