Maqolada O‘zbekiston mikromoliya tashkilotlarida islom moliyasi xizmatlarining joriy etilishi va xorijiy tajriba bilan qiyosiy tahlili keltirilgan. Islom moliyasi instrumentlari – murobaha, ijara, mudoraba, mushoraka va salam asosida mikromoliyalashtirishning imkoniyatlari, afzalliklari va cheklovlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Malayziya, Pokiston, Indoneziya, Qozog‘iston, Qirg‘iziston va Tojikiston tajribasi asosida huquqiy asoslar, institutsional mexanizmlar hamda shariat kengashlarining roli yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda 2024-yildan boshlab mikromoliya tashkilotlariga islomiy moliya xizmatlarini ko‘rsatishga ruxsat berilgani, “Apex Moliya”, “Ansor MMT” va “IMAN” kabi yangi subyektlarning faoliyati tahlil qilingan. Natijalarda islom mikromoliyasi xizmatlari aholining diniy qadriyatlariga mos moliyaviy inklyuziyani kengaytirishi, kichik biznesni qo‘llab-quvvatlashi va ijtimoiy adolatni ta’minlashdagi o‘rni asoslab berilgan. Mualliflar O‘zbekiston uchun huquqiy-me’yoriy bazani mustahkamlash, zakot va vaqf institutlarini moliya tizimi bilan integratsiyalash hamda fintex tashabbuslarini rivojlantirish zarurligini xulosa qilib ta’kidlaydilar.
