Abstract

Mazkur maqolada turizmda xizmat ko‘rsatish faoliyatini optimallashtirishda raqamli ekotizimlarning o‘rni va amaliy imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda Big Data, sun’iy intellekt (AI), virtual reallik (VR), IoT va bulutli texnologiyalar kabi ilg‘or raqamli vositalarning turizm jarayonlariga ta’siri yoritilgan. Maqolada raqamli ekotizimlarning besh asosiy yo‘nalishi — platforma bozori kuchi va raqamli qaramlik, AI asosidagi avtomatlashtirish, innovatsiya va raqamli inklyuziya, barqarorlikka yo‘naltirilgan raqamli innovatsiyalar, ma’lumot xavfsizligi va boshqaruvi — konseptual asos sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, turizmda xizmatlarni shaxsiylashtirish, samaradorlikni oshirish va barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlashda raqamli texnologiyalarning qo‘llanishi amaliy misollar orqali asoslab berilgan.
