Abstract

Ushbu maqola turizmda marketing axborotlaridan samarali foydalanishning ahamiyatini o'rganadi. Xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasiga asoslanib, raqamli marketing, katta ma'lumotlar (Big Data), mobil ilovalar va shaxsiylashtirilgan marketingning turizm sanoatidagi roli ko'rib chiqilgan. Maqolada, shuningdek, O'zbekiston turizm sohasidagi holat tahlil qilinib, marketing axborotlaridan foydalanishdagi mavjud imkoniyatlar va kamchiliklar aniqlangan. O'zbekistonning xorijiy mamlakatlar bilan solishtirganda raqamli texnologiyalar va marketing strategiyalaridan foydalanish darajasi pastligi ko'rsatilgan. Maqolada turizm sohasini rivojlantirish uchun zarur bo'lgan takliflar, jumladan, raqamli marketingni kengaytirish, katta ma'lumotlardan foydalanish va shaxsiylashtirilgan xizmatlar taqdim etish tavsiya etilgan.
