Ushbu tadqiqotda kiyik va yirik biznes subyektlarining boshqaruv usul va uslublari turli rivojlangan dunyo mamlakatlari miqyosida koʻrib oʻtilgan. Tahlil davomida ularning boshqaruv jarayonida bir-biridan farq qiluvchi turli omillar, jumladan, madaniyat, iqtisodiy holat, kichik biznes boshqaruv jarayonida katta biznesdan qanchalik farq qilish darajalari oʻrganilgan. Shuningdek, oʻrganishlar natijasida amalga oshirilgan tahlillar yordamida model yaratilgan hamda mavzu doirasida amalga oshirilgan tadqiqotlar oʻrganilib, xulosalar taqdim etilgan.
