Abstract

This article explores ways to effectively use labor incentive resources at enterprises in the exploration industry in order to increase labor efficiency. At the enterprises of the exploration industry, the sources of labor stimulation, divided into material and spiritual types, are analyzed, and ways to improve labor efficiency through their effective use are proposed.
