Mazkur maqolada turizm va mehmondo‘stlik sanoatida sun’iy intellekt (AI) asosida ishlovchi chat-botlarning qo‘llanilishi va ularning mijozlar tajribasiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda chat-botlarning asosiy vazifalari – 24/7 rejimida mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish, bronlash va rezervatsiyalarni boshqarish, shaxsiylashtirilgan tavsiyalar taqdim etish hamda safardan keyingi fikr-mulohazalarni yig‘ish jarayonlari yoritilgan. AI va mashinaviy o‘rganishga asoslangan chat-botlarning nafaqat xizmat sifatini oshirish, balki operatsion samaradorlikni kuchaytirish, xarajatlarni kamaytirish va kompaniyalarning raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashdagi o‘rni alohida ko‘rsatib berilgan. Shuningdek, ovozli tarjima, kengaytirilgan reallik (AR) va prediktiv tahlil kabi yangi texnologiyalar integratsiyasi chat-botlarning kelajakdagi imkoniyatlarini yanada kengaytirishi mumkinligi ta’kidlangan. Natijada, chat-botlar turizm sohasida nafaqat xizmat ko‘rsatish vositasi, balki shaxsiylashtirilgan, uzluksiz va samarali mijoz tajribasini yaratishda muhim raqamli hamkor sifatida qaralmoqda.
