Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Liviyaning oʻziga xosligi, Liviyaning siyosiy rivojlanish tarixi, 2011-yil “Arab bahori” bilan boshlangan ichki nizolarning Liviya davlatini har tomonlama (ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, siyosiy, ma’naviy) choʻkish va beqarorlikni vujudga keltirish, xavfsizlik tizimini izdan chiqargani hamda tashqi (xorijiy davlatlar) kuchlarning toʻqnashuv va tortishuv hududiga aylantirgani o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada Liviya qanday qilib bu holatga tushgani, ichki nizolar va mojarolarning paydo boʻlishi va holati tahlil qilingan.
