Abstract

Mazkur maqolada turizm faoliyatida axborotlashtirish tizimining samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari muhokama qilinadi. Turizm sektori jahon bo‘ylab raqamli transformatsiyadan o‘tmoqda va axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari yordamida xizmatlar sifatini oshirish, turistlarga yanada qulay sharoitlar yaratish va ma'lumotlarni samarali boshqarish imkoniyati mavjud. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekistonning turizm sohasida axborotlashtirish tizimlarining joriy holati va samaradorligini oshirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan strategiyalar ko‘rsatiladi. Maqola turizm sohasida raqamli texnologiyalarni, aqlli turizm tizimlarini, ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilishni va shaxsiylashtirilgan xizmatlarni taqdim etishni o‘z ichiga olgan innovatsion yondashuvlarni muhokama qiladi.
